Open "My bookings", pick the active visit and tap cancel or reschedule. Availability depends on the salon's policy.
Slots come from the masters' schedule. If another client booked that window first, it's no longer shown in search.
Reviews are tied to real visits and run through visibility checks. We don't pad empty search results with mock data.
History lives in your account. Upcoming bookings, cancellations and completed visits show up there too.
Open the business page, fill in your salon details and set up services, masters and working hours.
